the vanity co. accessories promo

as i previously mentioned i teamed up with Jay of JayDayFilms, Visual Consultant to create a promotional video for my accessory line. the video is below.

POLICIES

1. Please allow at least 24 hrs for e-mails/orders to be returned.

2. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE VIA PAYPAL

3. Ordering from the site AUTOMATICALLY charges $5 rate to ship within the US (Please e-mail thevanityco@gmail.com for International orders)

5. Orders will ship on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays. I use United States Postal Service, all packages can be tracked at www.usps.com with the tracking number that is e-mailed to you once your package has been shipped.

6. For custom orders (i.e custom headpieces, custom body/belly chains, custom earrings, custom bracelets, etc.)..

- All CUSTOM orders are to be placed via e-mail, thevanityco@gmail.com

- If you have pictures of inspiration/ideas please send include those in your e-mail.

- Within 72 hrs I will contact you back with a rough draft of the design (if applicable). Once you approve it, I will send you a paypal invoice.**The invoice MUST be paid in full before your custom piece is constructed**

- There is a 5 business day (maximum) construction period before your item(s) is shipped.

- Once received, if the item does not fit properly or is different from your approved design, please contact me within 5 days and I can adjust it to your liking/size.
NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS!

8. Hoop/earring/material disclaimer: The earrings are not REAL gold or sterling silver, therefore overtime with normal wear & tear, exposure to fragrances, creams, water, etc. the earrings may tarnish.

9. No refunds/returns, store credit may be issued with consideration of situation. Please e-mail all issues or concerns to thevanityco@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of your item(s).
